Jeraya (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Jeraya application (the “App”), an all-in-one work management and automation platform that integrates with third-party services, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to Jeraya.

When you connect your Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account to Jeraya, we may collect the following information only with your explicit permission:
a. Meta Account Information

Name and profile picture (as provided by Meta)
Page IDs and Page names you manage
Instagram Business Account IDs and usernames
b. Page & Instagram Data
Depending on the permissions granted, Jeraya may access:
Facebook Page posts, comments, and basic engagement metrics
Instagram Business account media, captions, comments, and insights
Page and account metadata required to publish or manage content
c. Usage & Technical Data
App usage logs
API request logs
Error and performance data
Jeraya does not collect passwords or private messages.

Enable publishing and managing content on Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts
Automate workflows you configure within Jeraya

3. Data Sharing
